  1. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Peel the prawns keeping the tail and head.
  3. Pass the tomatoes through a food processor.
  4. Prepare the sauce. In a saucepan heat the oil and sauté the onion until lightly brown.
  5. Put garlic if you want. Stir in the tomatoes, paprika, salt and pepper. Allow to boil over low heat until thickened.
  6. Take a saucepan with iron handles place inside the raw prawns and add the sauce.
  7. Cut the feta cheese  into medium-sized pieces and planting between the shrimp. Sprinkle the grated parmesan.
  8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melted and form a crust.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
