For 5-6 people


  1. Sand and clean the mussels.
  2. Put in a saucepan the wine with lemon juice to boil, add the mussels, cover and simmer for 5 min.
  3. Remove to a bowl and keep the juice.
  4. Sauté garlic and peppers in oil, until soft.
  5. Add the peppers, lemon zest, squid and the broth from the mussels.
  6. Simmer calamari covered, until soft.
  7. Cook the spaghetti in salted water with 2 tablespoons oil.
  8. Drain and pour into warm platter.
  9. Clean the mussels and keep some with the shell for decorating the platter.
  10. Pour the mussels and stir into the sauce with squid and add the spaghetti.
  11. Serve immediately, sprinkled with the parsley and 2-3 tablespoons oil.
