  1. Soak the bread and wring well.
  2. Mix with roe.
  3. Put the onion in a blender and blend well
  4. Add the bread and fish roe mix and beat all together.
  5. Add oil and lemon juice  little by little alternately.
  6. When you make a smooth paste transfer to the platter or bowl and garnish with red and black caviar and black olives.  

Tip: Taramosalata is delicious if you leave out the bread.You use more oil but is worth it.
